Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 - Head, cabbage - Shredded
  • 2 - Medium Onions - Chopped
  • 1 - Red Bell Pepper - Chopped
  • 1 - Yellow Bell Pepper - Chopped
  • 1 - Green Bell Pepper - Chopped
  • 1 - Jar Peppercini's medium/hot - Chopped (reserve the juice)
  • 1 - Can Jalapeno Peppers - Chopped
  • or fresh Jalapeno pepper - Chopped
  • 1 - Bunch of Cilantro - Chopped
  • Stir Together
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 TBSP Sugar
  • 6 TBSP Pepper juice
  • 1 TSP Garlic Salt
  • 1 TSP Black Pepper
  • Juice from 2 Limes

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together and pour over cabbage mixture
Stir and let stand in refrigerator for a minimum of 6 hours.
