Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 med onion
  • 2 10 oz box chopped spinach-frozen
  • 8 0z sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 c parm cheese
  • 14 oz artichokes chopped and drained (usually use 2 cans)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In larger skillet melt butter and saute onion, add spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, and parm cook for 2 min, stir in artichoke hearts, s and pepper, red pepper. Pour into 9 inch pie plate, sprinkle mont jack cheese on top and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Serve with sourdough bread
