Ingredients

    c. raisins, soaked and drained

  • cup sugar

  • 3

    eggs

  • cups oil

  • 1⅘

    cups flour

  • 2

    t. baking soda

  • 1

    t. salt

  • 1

    t. cinnamon

  • ½

    c. chopped nuts

  • c. finely chopped apple

  • 3

    c. shredded carrots

Directions

Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Add flour w/ b. soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in raisins, nuts, apple and carrots. Grease 2 9" round pans. Bake at 350° 50-55 min. Or if using 9x13 pan bake 45 min.
