Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

This hot chocolate mix is easy to whip together and can be packaged up nicely for a cozy wintertime gift. For extra chocolate flavor, the cocoa powder can be increased, or chocolate chips can be added.

• 1.5 cup dry milk
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 6 tablespoons cocoa
• Dash salt

Step 1

Sift dry milk, sugar, and cocoa into a bowl and add salt. Mix well. If packaging for gifts, put into jars and top with marshmallows and/or chocolate chips.

When ready to enjoy, add hot water and stir thoroughly.
