Ingredients
- 1/2 lb seet Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 30 cremini mushrooms, stems finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup gf bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Romano
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan.
2. Put sausages in nonstick skillet and set over med high heat. Cook, breaking them apart with spoon, until no longer pink. Add mushroom stems, onion and garlic; cook stiring until mushrooms begin to brown. Transfer to medium bowl and let cool about 5 min.
3. Add all remaining ingredients to sausage mix, stirring well. Spoon about 2 1/2 tsp filling into each mushroom cap. Place stuffed mushrooms into prepared pan. Bake until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through, about 20 minutes.
