Pork Kabobs

Ingredients
- Rub:
- 2 lbs boneless pork loin chops, trimmed & cut into 1 to
- 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place the pork in a medium bowl. Add the oil & mix to coat evenly. In a small bowl, mix the rub ingredients. Sprinkle rub mixture over the meat & mix to coat the chunks evenly. Thread onto skewers & let stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes before grilling.
Grill kabobs over direct high heat (450 to 550 degrees) with the lid closed as much as possible, until the pork is barely pink in the center, 6 to 8 minutes, turning & swapping their positions as needed for even cooking.
