- 1 box DUNCAN HINDS LEMON cake mix
- 4.3 ounce instant Lemon pudding mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil mixed with a 1/2 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- lemon juice and confectionery sugar

Step 1
Directions
Blend all ingredients together,until smooth.
Pour in greased bundt pan.
Place in 350 degrees
place in oven 40-50 minutes,until toothpick comes out clean.
remove and cool
Mix lemon juice with confectionery sugar until smooth syrupy consistency.
Poke lots of holes in cooled cake.Pour syrup in the holes
let stand and serve.
