PREP AND PREHEAT YOUR SMOKER TO 225 F AND PREPARE YOUR SMOKING WOOD CHIPS.
PRE HEAT 30 MINUTES,

PLACE MEAT ON RACKS AND INTO SMOKER ADDING IN THE SMOKING CHIPS. SMOKE WITH APPLE, MAPLE, MISQUITE, HICKORY FOR NO MORE THEN 4 HOURS, CONTINUE TO COOK IN SMOKER TO AN I.T. OF 165- 180 F
