Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless stewing beef cubed
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 l b sweet potatoes peeled cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 can no salt diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 zucchini cut into 1 inch thick slices
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup Kraft calorie wise sundried tomato and oregano dressing
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

Step 1
Toss meat with flour in slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients except basil. Stir
Cover with lid and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or on high 4 - 6 hours.
Stir in basil just before serving
