Apple Gingered Salad

Ingredients
- 3 medium apples, chopped
- 8 oz. water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. crystallized ginger, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Combine the yogurt, mayo, sugar, ginger and salt; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Chill.
Sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
