Ingredients
- 4 pounds chuck roast - (to 5 lbs)
- 1 clove garlic clove
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 small onion sliced
- 3/4 cups sour cream mixed with
- 3 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup dry white wine

Step 1
Rub roast with garlic and season with salt and pepper. Place in the crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 10 to 12 hours.
Serve over noodles.
