- 2 Tbsp seasoned salt
- 4 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic gloves, silvered
- juice of half a lemon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry potato wedges then place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Roast for about 30 minutes turning half way through. You can mix the lemon juice, garlic and some oil to make a dipping sauce on the side.
