- 1 pound round steak cut in 1" pieces
- 3/4 cup quick barley
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 8 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms - (to 12 oz)

Combine all ingredients in the Slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours.
