Ingredients
- 1 small package of bacon
- 1- 10 ounce package of jumbo shells
- 1 – 10 ounce package of frozen spinach chopped thawed
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 Egg
- Sauce-
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2- 16 ounce stewed tomatoes
- 2-8 ounce tomato sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Cut bacon half inch pieces and cook low heat until crisp
Reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings from bacon
Cook shells according to package directions and rinse
Strain spinach pressing out all water
Combine spinach cream cheese egg and one half bacon fill shells place in casserole dish
Cook onion with reserved drippings from bacon till tender add tomato sauce and stewed tomatoes boil pour over shells sprinkle remaining bacon cover and bake for 40 minutes
