Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) carton plain yogurt
- 1 cup shredded Italian Blend cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teas. seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh basil or flat leaf parsley
- Vegetable crudités and/or crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Line a yogurt strainer, sieve or a small colander with 3 layers of cheesecloth or a clean paper coffee filter. Suspend lined container over a bowl. Spoon in yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Remove yogurt cheese from strainer; discard liquid. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir inn cheese, onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Stir in basil or parsley. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve with vegetables and/or crackers
