  • 8 oz. canadian bacon, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 3/4 c. beer
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

Cook canadian bacon and onion in olive oil. Add beer and water, and sauerkraut. Simmer 20 minutes.
