Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 5 cups sliced, peeled peach slices or frozen thawed (do not drain)
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cup butter, melt4d
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp cold butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Step 1

Filling
In bowl combine granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp flour and cornstarch. Add peaches and cranberries; toss gently to coat. Stir in melted butter and lemon juice. Spread filling in a 2-quart square baqking dish. Set aside

Topping
Small bowl combine the 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in teh cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping and almonds over filling.

Bake 375 oven about 40 minutes or until filling bubbly and topping golden

Serve warm
