Potato Brunch Casserole

  • 1 cup egg substitute
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 pkg hash browns, not frozen
  • 8 oz velvet light, thinly sliced
  • 7 oz butterball fat free turkey
  • smoked sausage



Step 1

Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.

Layer potatoes, sausage and cheese. Mix egg substitute and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over hash brown layers.

Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
