Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 16 oz (2 cans) artichoke hearts, drained & cut
  • Crackers, bread or veggies for dipping

Step 1

1) Combine all ingredients (except dipping items) into 1-qt casserole dish.
2) Cover tightly & microwave for 2-3 minutes. Stir. Microwave for 2-3 more minutes or until hot.
3) Serve with crackers, bread or veggies.
