Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1 12oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • red food coloring, optional

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Stir in pineapple, strawberries, and bananas. Fold in the whipped topping, walnuts, and food coloring, if desired. Pour into an oiled 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover and freeze until firm, at least three hours. Remove from the freezer 30 minutes before serving.

Yield: 12-15 servings.
