Ingredients

    cup sugar

  • 1

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    egg

  • 1 1/2

    cups flour

  • 1/2

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    tsp. baking soda

  • 2

    cups chopped rhubarb

  • 1/2

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/2

    cup nuts

Directions

Mix sugar, sour cream and egg together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Add rhubarb. Put in a greased 13" x 9" pan. Mix brown sugar and nuts. Sprinkle on cake. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
