Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, trimmed
  • 3 c. soft bread cubes
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 t. poultry seasoning
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place chops in a shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together the brad cubes, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water in a bowl. Pour soup mixture over the chops. Bake one hour.
