Asian Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 bag fresh stirfry or chop suey vegs (about 5 cups)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c hoisin sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain fettuccine.
Spray skillet and heat to medium high and cook chicken for 3 to 4 mins until no longer pink. Add vegies and mushrooms and stirfry for 3 to 4 mins or until vegis are crisp and tender. Stir in hoisin sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly for 1 min. Add Fettuccine, toss well
