Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans*
  • 1 can (2.8 oz) French's fried onions (1 1/3 cups)
  • Use 16-20 oz fzn green beans or 2 cans green beans (16 oz each), or 1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans.

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 350.
2) In 1.5-qt casserole, mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, beans & 1/2 can of onions.
3) Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
4) Stir. Sprinkle remaining onions over bean mixture.
5) Bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden.
