Ingredients

  • 3 T butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 10 oz chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup jack cheese grated
  • 2 cup brown rice- cooked (1 cup raw
  • salt and red pepper to taste
  • parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. saute onions in butter till soft and add garlic. cook for 1 minute. combine cornstarch with milk.

2. pour onion garlic mixture in skillet and stir constantly until smooth and very thick. remove from heat and fold in spinach, sour cream, cottage cheese, jack cheese, and brown rice. season with salt and red pepper.

preheat oven to 350 degrees

cook for 20 minutes till nice and warm
