Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 2.25 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Filling
  • 1 cup cooked ground meat, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, stir flour with remaining ingredients to make a stiff dough. On well floured surface, knead dough until smooth. Wrap dough with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 min for easier rolling.
Make ravioli squares and fill with filling mixture and let sit to dry.
Boil water in a large pot and slip squares gently into it. Boil hard for 4 min, drain and add sauce.
Freeze ravioli squares - cook 6 min if frozen
