Olive Garden Salad (Copycat)
- 1 bag Romaine hearts
- 1 cup black olives
- 1-2 tomatoes quartered
- 4-5 slices red onion
- 2-4 Pepperoncinis
- 1/2-1 cup croutons
- Freshly grated Romano cheese ( I will use Parmesan b/c I have it on hand)
- 1 8 oz bottle Paul Newman's Olive Oil/Vinegar Dressing
- 1 garlic clove, peeled & halved
- 1/2 TBS dried oregano
- 1/2 TBS dried basil
- 1 TBS sugar

Mix all together, chill and serve w/dressing.
Put ingredients in bottle and shake well. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
*NOTE* I've used the Kroger brand dressing and it works great too. Also, most bottles I find are 16 oz, so I pour half out into a jar and follow steps above.
