Ingredients

  • 1 pound red potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup light zesty italian dressing
  • 1/3 cup miracle whip light
  • 1 1/2 tsp grey poupon dijon mustard
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 4 green onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes in saucepan of boiling water 15 minutes or just until tender; drain. Rinse potatoes with cold water until cooled; drain.

Mix dressings and mustard inn large bowl. Add potatoes, eggs and onions; mix lightly.

Refrigerate 30 minutes.
