Beef Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

- 1 lb John Soules Foods Angus Beef Steak, thawed
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Provolone cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the onions and bell peppers in the vegetable oil, until caramelized. Add the thawed John Soules Foods Angus Beef Steak and cook an additional 3 minutes, stirring the vegetables and beef together. Spoon the vegetable and beef mixture in equal amounts on the hoagie rolls, top each with 2 pieces of Provolone cheese and place into the oven until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and place sandwich on a plate or serving tray and serve.
