Ingredients

  • 1 pound Partially frozen beef stew meat
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 4 potaotes, peeled and chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put beef, salt, pepper, and beer in pressure cooker and cook under high pressure for 12 minutes.
Quick release the pressure.

Add carrots, and potatoes. Cook under high pressure for 3 more minutes and then natural release.

You can choose to brown the meat for extra flavor first in the pressure cooker under cook setting if you so desire.
