Ingredients

  • 1

    pound Partially frozen beef stew meat

  • 12

    ounces beer

  • 4

    carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 4

    potaotes, peeled and chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put beef, salt, pepper, and beer in pressure cooker and cook under high pressure for 12 minutes. Quick release the pressure. Add carrots, and potatoes. Cook under high pressure for 3 more minutes and then natural release. You can choose to brown the meat for extra flavor first in the pressure cooker under cook setting if you so desire.
