Crockpot Meatloaf and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion ( I used garden green onions stems and all... remove the roots)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 cup cracker crumbs or fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Chives fresh chopped fine
- 6 to 8 small potatoes, wrapped in foil
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes.
Shape into a loaf and place in Crock Pot.
Arrange the potatoes around the meatloaf.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours.
Serves 6.
