Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/1 /2 tsp. rosemary leaves (Crushed)
- 1 tsp. garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 T oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 chicken thighs (skin removed)
- 1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes cut into cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Mix oil. all of the spices, and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes tossing to coat well. Arrange chicken and potatoes in single layer on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Roast in oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender. Turn potatoes occasionally.
