Mediterranean Chicken & Sausage

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sweet Italian Sausage, regular or turkey
- 1/2 cup Kraft Special Collection Greek Vinaigrette dressing, divided
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in pieces
- 8 oz. whole mushrooms, halved or quartered
- 1 can Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 TB cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Enough rice to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Cut sausage in pieces. Cook in a large skillet on medium-high heat until browned. Remove from skillet & set aside. Add chicken & 1/4 cup dressing to skillet. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is browned on both sides. Add sausage, mushrooms, broth, & remaining dressing. Dissolve cornstarch in water & add to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, & simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice with a vegetable.
