Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can cream pot, soup
- 1 can cream celery
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 soup can 1/2 1/2
- 1 lb claw crabmeat
- 1/4 cup sherry,
- salt and pepper

Step 1
in large pan , melt butter and saute onion until translucent, 3-4 min. add the soups, milk, and 1/2 1/2
add crabmeat and bring just to boil. add sherry and salt and pepper to taste
