Sweet and sour sauce for Pork

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2-20 oz cans pineapples, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • Pork
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 gree pepper



Step 1

Place all ingredients, except pineapples, in a sauce pan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Thicken with cornstarch to desired thickness. Add pineapples to sauce. Cook pork, onion, and green pepper. Mix with sauce and serve over rice
