Step 1
CUT POTATOES IN HALF AND SCOOP OUT THE POTATO AND MASH, ADD THE ONIONS, MILK, CHEESE, SALT AND PEPPER AND BUTTER. REFILL POTATO SKINS, AND PUT DAB OF BUTTER ON TOP AND BAKE AT 350 F FOR 20 MINUTES
