Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
heat oven to 350
cook mac. as directed on box
melt butter in 3 qt. saucepan over low heat, stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard and W. sauce. Cook until smooth and bubbly, remove from heat. Stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese until melted.
Drain mac. and stir into sauce. Pour into 2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered 20 min.
