  • 2 tbsp dried Italian seasoning, crushed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 (4 oz) tuna steaks, about 1/2 inch thick

Step 1

1. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Rub herb mixture on both sides of fish steaks
2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add tuna steaks. Cook 4-6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, turning once
