- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 slices pound cake
- 3 tablespoons Mascarpone cheese
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Whipped cream, optional

Step 1
