Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup channa dal
  • 1 onion into long slices
  • 1 potato
  • 1 spoon mixed frozen veges

Preparation

Step 1

Add onion to washed, cut spinach. Set aside
Add oil to pressure cooker
Add 2 green chiles til a little brown
Add dal, spinach , potatoe, & vegesc
Add 1/2 tsp chile powder
Add 1 tsp turmeric
Add 1 tomato
Add salt

After cooking about 10 min add water to level of veges
Pressure cook about 15 min.

After water gone then mash the dal
