Apple Cider Mulling Spice Sachets Recipe
Putting the spices into a small sachet makes it easy to serve. You can use a mesh tea infuser to simmer the spices in the apple cider.
- 1 McCormick® cinnamon stick, broken in half
- 2 McCormick® cloves, whole
- 2 McCormick® allspice, whole
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract

Place spices in center of a piece of cheesecloth. Tie tightly with long piece of string.
Place spice sachet in small saucepan. Add apple cider. Simmer over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until fragrant. Stir in vanilla. Discard spice sachet. Serve warm.
