- 1 2/3 CUPS FLOUR
- 2/3 CUP SUGAR
- 5 TEAS. BAKING POWDER
- 1 TEAS. SALT
- 1 2/3 CUPS YELLOW CORMEAL
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 2/3 CUPS MILK
- 1/3 CUP BUTTER, MELTED

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425*
COMBINE FLOUR,SUGAR,BAKING POWDER AND SALT INTO A LARGE BOWL, STIR IN CORMEAL UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
ADD EGGS AND MILK,STIR TO MAKE A SMOOTHE BATTER. STIR IN MELTED BUTTER, JUST UNTIL BLENDED. DO NO OVER STIR
POUR INTO A WELL BUTTERED 9x5x3" LOAF PAN.
BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN AND A TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
COOL IN PAN ON WORE RACK 10 MINUTES.
