MRS. GROOVERS BANANA NUT DELIGHT CAKE

2 ½ cups sifted cake flour
2 eggs
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 ¼ tsp. baking powder, and baking soda and mashed ripe banana ( 1 ¼ cups)
1 tsp salt, and ground cinnamon
2/3 cup Veggie. Shortening and buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients, add shortening, buttermilk, and banana. Add eggs. Pour into prepared greased and floured 8 inch or 9 inch pans. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Frost

FROSTING

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 pound box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
