- 1 pie crust
- 1 tsp. gelatin
- 2 tbsp. cold water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 qt. strawberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. soften gelatin and cold water, set aside.
2. mix cornstarch and lemon juice, set aside.
3. mash 1/2 qt. berries, then add cornstarch mixture and stir. cook over med heat until clear and thick, then add the gelatin mixture and cool.
4. add 1/2 qt. berries, cut in half. pour into baked pie shell. chill and top with whipped cream.
