Ingredients

  • 1 10-1/2 oz. condensed beef broth, undiluted
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c lemon juice
  • 3 T steak sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 beef eye round roast 3 1/2 lb., cut in 1/2
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients. Pour half of mixture into crock pot. Sprinkle beef with salt; add to crock pot and top with remaining broth mixture. Cook on low for 10-12 hours or until meat is tender. Shred meat with 2 forks and return to crock pot. Serve!
