Ingredients
- 2 baked potatoes
- 8 ounces chopped smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T capers
- 1/2 t worcestershire sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook potatoes and let cool, Cut in half and scoop out center. Combine 2 cups potato with all ingredients except panko. Put into 4 - i cup ramekins and sprinkle with panko. Bake 20 minutes.
