  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream, optional

Step 1

In a large mug, mix dry ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg with milk. Add egg mixture to mug and blend until smooth. Stir in melted butter. Fold in banana and chips. Heat in microwave for about 90 seconds, making sure it is completely cooked. Let remain for 1 additional minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
