Macaroni-Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 16 frozen Tyson Chicken Chunks
- 1-1/2 cups corkscrew or elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cans (10-1/2 ounce each) pizza sauce
- 1 can (4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons snipped parsley

Step 1
Preheat oven to 35 degrees. Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. In 8-inch round baking dish, combine drained macaroni and pizza sauce. Add mushrooms and olives. Stir well. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove dish from oven, uncover and arrange chunks on top of macaroni. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes more. Remove dish from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake uncovered for 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 4.
