Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, bone in
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 4 closes garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 5 peeled carrots
  • 5 stalks celery
  • 2 / 15 oz. cans chicken broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons organic, no salt seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

place chicken in large soup pot and add minced garlic, onion, spices, water and chicken broth. Boil and let simmer for 30 minutes in covered pot. Add chopped carrots and celery. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes. Serve with egg noodles, rice or quinoa. Serves 10
