    Cups Rolled Oats

  • 1/2

    Cup Sliced Almonds

  • 1/2

    Cup Coconut

  • 2

    Tbs Honey

  • 2

    Tbs Canola Oil

  • 1

    Tbs Brown Sugar

  • 1

    Tsp Vanilla

Directions

Preheat 300. Heat honey, about 20 seconds in microwave. Add oil, brown sugar, vanilla and mix well. Add coconut, almonds and oats and stir to coat well. Spread onto a well greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Stir mix, bake another 5 minutes and stir again. Bake 2-7 more, until mixture is golden brown.
